Dear Maren,
This morning I woke and felt like I had died and gone to heaven. I felt happier and more settled. Things I’ve been questioning and couldn’t seem to find answers for suddenly became more clear. The most surprising element though is the lessening of an overbearing sense of fear. I guess talking about the death process and hearing people’s accounts of the depth of compassion and love helped to soothe the sharp edges of what is so present for me right now.
Death is just a transition to become a whole part of ourselves on the other side. it is nice that you got a vision of it and it was calming and happy.
